What beads are used in the bead weaving? We use glass Miyuki beads, known for their high quality and consistency in shape, size and colour. Precision cut in Japan, their uniformity is perfect for intricate bead weaving, both on and off the loom.
Do you offer a colour matching service? Certainly! We understand that your choice of colours reflects your personal style, and will do our best to ensure the closest possible match to your colour palette. Please get in touch to arrange this before making your purchase, and we will send you a small sample of beads for your approval before going ahead.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic? We know how important it is that your earrings not only look good, but are also comfortable to wear throughout the day. Most of our designs are made with Argentium silver ear wires. Argentium silver is a purer silver than sterling silver, and is hypoallergenic. The listings will detail if the ear wires are safe for sensitive skin, but we are more than happy to change any to hypoallergenic ear wires if you'd prefer. Please note that the hypoallergenic ear wire styles may differ from the originals used in the design.
Do you use recycled silver in your designs? Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Many of our designs feature recycled silver, and our goal is to further increase the use of recycled silver where possible.
Is your packaging eco-friendly? Our boxes are recyclable, and are made without the use of tarnish-accelerating chemicals. The foam inserts we use are not currently recyclable, but we are working on finding an eco-friendly alternative for these.
Are all your designs made-to-order? Yes, all of our designs are made once an order is received. This usually takes between 2-4 weeks, but may take longer during busier times of the year. If you need an item urgently, please contact us and we will do our very best to help you.
Do you make custom pieces? Absolutely! We love creating unique custom pieces, whether it's for a wedding, anniversary, birthday or just because, please get in touch and we'll look forward to discussing this optional with you further.
How will my item be shipped? All items are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your package has been shipped.
How should care for my jewellery? To ensure your jewellery stays looking it's best for longer, clean gently with a soft dry cloth, and carefully store in a soft pouch or box when not being worn. Care should be taken to avoid contact with water and chemicals, as this may weaken the threads used in the bead weaving process.
